RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL In accordance with Article L 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the provision of accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, provided on a specific date or for a specific period.
The customer is therefore informed that they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L 221-18 of the Consumer Code. All reservations, subject to receipt of confirmation by email, are therefore firm and final. However, cancellation conditions may apply depending on the rate chosen by the customer at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION Depending on the rate chosen by the customer at the time of booking, cancellation conditions may apply. At the time of booking, the customer is informed of the cancellation conditions for the rate they have selected. There are currently two rates: "Non-refundable, non-cancellable": once the reservation is made, 100% of the reservation amount is charged and non-refundable. A security deposit corresponding to 100% of the total reservation amount, excluding extras, is debited at the time of reservation. "Flexible": cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival time as indicated in the reservation confirmation email. If the reservation is canceled after this deadline or in the event of a no-show at the hotel, the first night, excluding extras, will be charged and is non-refundable. The debit/credit card used by the customer when making the reservation will be used to guarantee the reservation.
